Riddle Trek is a recreational event designed specifically for high school graduates. It aims to initiate and establish connections, enhance life skills and provide participants with the opportunity to become Skill Ambassadors themselves. Organized by the ING Skill Academy, this event takes place at Islington College Kathmandu, with Kumari Hall serving as the venue partner.
Uniting Students in Colorful Teams
Upon arrival at the venue, students go through a registration process and are then divided into groups consisting of 8-10 members. Each group represents a specific colour, which adds an element of identity and unity. To facilitate their experience, each group is assigned an Islington Ambassador who acts as their guide throughout the entire event.
Additionally, they are provided with a team card that will serve as a record of their progress. The Islington Ambassadors play a vital role in fostering teamwork and collaboration among team members as they work together to create their unique identity within the event.
Embarking on a Riddle-filled Adventure
With their teams established, the students embark on an exciting journey, exploring various areas of Islington College while solving riddles. The riddles serve as clues for the students' following destinations, creating an element of mystery and excitement. This aspect of the event not only enhances problem-solving skills but also promotes interaction and connection-building among participants. It encourages students to step out of their comfort zones and engage with others, fostering a sense of camaraderie and shared experiences.

In addition to the thrilling experience, Riddle Trek offers an exciting incentive for participants—the chance to win gift hampers. As teams successfully solve the riddles and navigate through Islington College, they accumulate points based on their performance. At the end of the event, the team with the highest score is announced the winner and receives enticing gift hampers as a reward for their efforts.
Becoming Skill Ambassadors
Moreover, Riddle Trek offers an opportunity for participants to become Skill Ambassadors themselves. This role empowers individuals to share their knowledge and skills with others, acting as mentors and facilitators in future events. Becoming a Skill Ambassador not only boosts one's confidence and leadership abilities but also helps foster a sense of community and peer support via various Skill Clubs by ING Skill Academy.
