The multimedia industry is thriving throughout the world. Recent research by Price Waterhouse Coopers indicates that the industry is experiencing double digit growth globally, with revenues breaking the US$ 2 trillion mark in 2019. At an annual growth rate of almost 2.1%. With increased worldwide competition, the capabilities to create products that take advantage of new technologies are essential.

Entry Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Track
  • HSEB 10+2 overall aggregate of 55% and above, Year 12 English score 60% and above, and SLC Mathematics score of 50% above, or
  • 2 ‘A’ Level passes with minimum grades A to C or 3 ‘A’ Level passes with minimum grades D and above; and General Paper (A or AS Level) or English (A or AS Level) with Grade E and above.

Applicants who do not meet the above mentioned English requirements can substitute with the following English Tests: IELTS 5.5 and above (minimum score of 5.5 in each component) or Pearson Test of English Score above 47.

Students not meeting the Entry Requirements will have to pursue iAcademy’s University Foundation Certificate (UFC). UFC is a one year academic programme awarded by iAcademy (New Zealand) and articulated with advanced standing by London Metropolitan University (UK). 

 

University Foundation Certificate Entry Requirements
  • HSEB +2 total aggregate of 45% and above, and Year 12 English score of  45% and above, or
  • 2 ‘A’ level subject passes, and a pass in General Paper (A or AS Level) or English (A or AS Level) with Grade E and above.

Applicants who do not meet the above mentioned English requirements can substitute with the following English Tests: IELTS 4.5 and above or Pearson Test of English Score above 37.

Semester 1

  • Academic English for Undergraduate Study: 30 Credits
  • Undergraduate Study and Research Skills: 30 Credits
  • Foundational Mathematics: 15 Credits
  • Introducation to IT: 15 Credits

Semester 2

  • Academic English for Undergraduate Study: 30 Credits
  • Undergraduate Study and Research Skills: 30 Credits
  • Foundational Statistics: 15 Credits
  • Introduction to Business: 15 Credits

All other qualifications are revaluated on a case-by-case basis by London Metropolitan University
